GUIDELINES FOR CUSTOM DELUXE PACKAGES

* Clients will receive timecode copies of their wedding tapes to view and make edit decisions in the comfort of their own home.

* Clients may use their custom editing hours to sit with one of our editors and make editing decisions pertaining to their wedding video.

* Clients who wish to use more editing time than their package allows can acquire additional hours at regular rates

* Maximum time increments for custom editing are four hours per visit.

* Custom editing times must be used within twelve weeks from the date of the wedding.

* Time slots can be used during normal business hours and on Saturdays when available.

* Clients must supply all music and pictures for production.

PLATINUM PACKAGE DETAILS

Bride's Place of Preparation: The viewers will be able to see the Bride's exciting moments before the Church arrival as she prepares for her special day.

Opening Title with Childhood Pictures: A photo montage of approx. 60 pictures is placed at the beginning of your video, with music playing as the pictures dissolve from one to another.

Ceremonial Coverage: Two of our videographers will tape the ceremony with two cameras. This makes the wedding tape extremely enjoyable, because we are able to switch back and forth during the filming process, to give your event an even better look!

Reception Coverage: Two of our videographers will tape the reception with two cameras. One camera will be taping the action on the dance floor while the other camera will be set up in a separate location to videotape interviews and candid remarks from your bridal party and guests.

Eight Hours of coverage including up to Three locations: We will film your event at up to three separate locations (Bride's Home, Church, and Reception). We will also film the event for 8 hours of sequential coverage. Additional hours can be purchased at $100.00 per hour.

Complete Post-Production : At Valed Video, we do strictly non-linear editing. This allows us to maintain digital quality throughout the entire editing process of your wedding video. We add the music of your choice to carefully selected segments of the video to give your final product a customized and personal look and feel.

Edit Master: Three professionally edited finished copies of your Wedding Day footage.

Uncut Version Copy of Wedding Tape: With this Platinum Package, we give you one copy of this uncut version. Grab the popcorn and enjoy moment by moment, your entire wedding on this tape.

Leather Album for your Wedding DVD/Tape: We don't want your wedding DVD/tape to collect dust and hide in a corner of your house. This beautiful album case will preserve your DVD/tape for many years to come.

FURTHUR OPTIONS AVAILABLE

Additional camera & videographer: This option will allow us to keep audio and visual continuity when editing between different angles for a well polished edited tape. $500.00 per camera

Additional location: Need footage at a park or Grandparents house? This option will capture those precious moments. $200.00 per location

Additional hour: Running out of time at your event? $100.00 per hour

Additional VHS copies: Need another finished tape for a friend or relative? Don't worry, you can purchase additional copies. $20.00 per tape

Additional DVD copies: Need another finished DVD for a friend or relative? Don't worry, you can purchase additional copies. $35.00 per DVD

Chaptered DVD: A DVD that includes a menu page where you can select a certain section of your video and go right to that part of the movie. $150.00

Pictorial introduction of wedding party: Want to put faces to the names of bridal party for future reference? We can provide this option as well. $250.00

Honeymoon pictures incorporated on your video: Don't lose those Honeymoon moments. We take your photographs and add them to the end of your wedding tape. $250.00

Photo Montage Projection: This can be your love story presented on a 10 foot screen at your wedding reception. This option will give you up to 150 photos put to music of your choice. $500.00

Custom nonlinear digital editing: Have full control over your wedding tape. Sit in with us during the post-production process to have your tape created exactly the way you want! $95.00 per hour
